Before Uni I never used to bother with filling in my eyebrows I just used to leave them and not bother. But after seeing how they can actually help shape your face, I dove straight in to the world of eyebrow pencils, tweezers and waxing!
I prefer to have my eyebrows waxed, as it means I don't have to do much maintenance myself in-between appointments (I get them done at the start of every month) I have quite a natural defined arch in my eyebrows so it's quite easy for me to fill in.
For the past couple of months I've been using Benefit Brow Zings in Light. It's made up of five different components.
1. Pigmented Wax
2. Shaded Powder
3. Tweezers
4. Hard Angle Brush
5. Blending brush.
I start by tweezing and stray hairs that may be visible above and below my brow. I then use the hard angle brush and use the pigmented wax to define the shape and brush the hairs in the right direction. Although the wax is pigmented you do need to build on it, so I then take the blending brush and use the shaded powder to go over my brows and fill in any gaps.
The final result gives me a natural looking brow that isn't too in your face.
