The sun is starting to make an appearance - it's still freezing but at least it's a start! Last year I got caught out and had to survive with only one pair of sunglasses, and trying to make them work with every outfit was a bit of a struggle.
So this year I'm making sure I'm super prepared with lost of possibilities. I've bought a few pairs recently and they've been dirt cheap! I don't really believe in spending lots of money on eye wear (apart from actual glasses) because I tend to step on or lose them. I've use an old wire hanger pinned to my wall to keep them all safe from my bedroom floor, with an old festival headband wrapped around it.
I'm gonna start with last years glasses - I got these from Topshop last summer (around June) for £16 and wore them all the time (because I had no other choice). I don't think I'll be wearing them much this summer as they don't really suit my face shape.
Towards the end of last summer I bought a pair of sunglasses from Vans for £15, I love the tortoise shell print and I'll definitely be wearing these a lot in the next couple of months.
Last week I was looking through eBay when I came across the next couple of pairs. The first pair I found were an absolute steal and were only £2.99!
The next pair are the same style in a different colour and these were £3.98
I then found some awesome round sunglasses and these again were only £2.99, I prefer wearing these when I have my hair tied up.
The next pair are from good old Primark and were only £2, they're very similar to the first two pairs that I bought on eBay.
Now the final pair won't be everyone's cup of tea, but I thought they were too cool not to buy, again I got these on eBay and they were £2.20
What I'm wearing:
Top - River Island £18
My sunglasses collection really needs updating, your ones from Vans are amazing!
