Most people had their winter coats picked out at the end of the Summer in preparation for the coming winter. Not me... I'm very picky with coats, and I had already pictured exactly what  I wanted this years coat to be like. 

Once I get a style in my head I won't stop until I find it. 

In September I bought the perfect style of coat from Primark but it wasn't the right colour so my hunt continued.  

I was in Topshop on my lunch the other day and there it was; The coat I'd be fantasising about! It was even placed right under a spotlight, Topshop must have seen me coming. 

It's a duster style coat but it's a lot heavier and thicker than most duster jackets so it's super cosy and warm and it's even big enough to wear with big jumpers (Even though it is big and baggy it's actually a size 4) And surprise surprise it's black.

Being a hoarder of black clothing means that this fits in my wardrobe perfectly, I've been wearing it with jeans for causal outfits and even dresses for girls nights out.

Definitely a good investment.
